He is Risen! He is Risen indeed! This Sunday we will celebrate Easter together at Trinity Church with the joy and peace that only God can give. Thank you to every one of you who have made Trinity Church such a life-giving place. On Sunday we will celebrate the new life we have in Jesus by not only remembering Jesus’ own resurrection to new life but also through water baptism. The testimonies of the miracles that God has done in the lives of each one of those taking water baptism are so inspiring I can’t wait for you to hear them. You will be encouraged.
Romans 8:29, “For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.”
Jesus died and yet He lives. The stone was rolled away. Jesus walked out of the tomb. Death could not hold Him. He defeated sin and death and lives eternally to intercede on your behalf. He is seated at the right hand of the Father. As brothers and sisters, we have been born-again and we will rule and reign with Christ Jesus. This Sunday we stand in these truths once again. We will celebrate new life in Jesus and welcome those who are being baptized into newness of life. We were buried with Christ in baptism and we rise with Him. This Easter Sunday we are On Mission, Together, born-again to eternal life.
Please join us for a Special Good Friday Service on April 3rd. This time of communion will also include some beautiful worship in singing and a journey through seven Bible passages that foreshadow the cross and demonstrate that the cross was always the plan of God.
“Trinity International Church is a safe, welcoming, community of Christ-followers who uphold a high view of Scripture, celebrate unity in diversity and participate fully in the abiding Christian life as described in the Bible. We are united by the principle that in the essentials there should be unity, in all else there should be charity.”
