There are so many doing so much good at Trinity International Church. We are a blessed People. Today I would like to highlight Carol Haas who is the Church Administrator and so much more. Thirteen years ago when Janice stepped down as the Trinity Church Administrator, Carol, being in the church 7 yrs at that time, stepped-in as a volunteer to carry the load. Carol has a lifetime of serving and it was completely normal for her to step into this role. As it turned out, she was so good at it the Church asked her to accept the position and she joined the staff where she served for several years until stepping down in 2020. When Pastor John came to be our 90-day Interim Pastor in the fall of 2024 he inquired if there was anyone who might help with administration. Our Church desperately needed administrative help at that time as there had been a void in this ministry for some years. When John found out that Carol had been the administrator in years past he asked if she would help him. Of course, Carol jumped into the role. When I arrived in January of 2025 Carol was there for me too. She poured herself into serving me and Trinity Church as the administrator on a volunteer basis. She was at the church every day and helped both John and I get things back in functioning order. I don’t know how we could have made it without her! During my time earlier this year we made the formal move to bring Carol back as paid staff, the position she fills currently as our Church Administrator. Not only has Carol done an amazing job bringing the church office back to life, she has spoken blessing into my life, she found Nicole and I a place to live, she filled our place with everything we needed when we arrived, she got us a cell phone plan on her own card and she has been there for Nicole and I at every turn. Carol is always early on Sunday (even though it’s her day off), where you can find her training people in the sound booth, helping greeters on the welcome team, watching the children of worship team moms and dads as they practice and so much more. She picks Nicole up for church and delivers her safe and dry every week. I’m quite sure I’m missing several other things that Carol does that I just don’t know about yet, but I am so thankful for her ministry. I hope you are too! She is a gift from God to us all.
