What are the signs of a healthy Church? Some would say look at the leadership. Are the Elders and the Pastor demonstrating the fruit of the Spirit? Others might point to the Scriptures and ask, “Is the Word of God faithfully taught and caught in this church?” You could make a case that there should be a joyful noise in the hallway after the Sunday Service. There should be evidence of answered prayers. Baptisms are always an encouraging sign that the Church is fulfilling its mission. These days Trinity International Church is seeing signs of health in all of these areas and more. If you are looking for health I would point your attention to the Young Adults Group. Every Sunday afternoon a gathering takes place at Trinity Church. I had the great privilege of joining them recently and it was so encouraging. The Church is always one generation from extinction, but at Trinity Church the next generation of Christ followers is fully engaged and growing. Solomon and Pia have done an excellent job leading this group. They are engaged in learning the Word, growing deep in relationship and committed to prayer. They know how to laugh and how to comfort those in sorrow. You can see them serving the larger body each Sunday. At Trinity Church the future is bright. The Best is yet to come.
