I have so enjoyed being your pastor. Trinity Church is truly a special place. For more than 40 years Trinity Church has been a light to the world.
What makes our church so special? 1) We are a gathering place for the Nations to come, worship and serve our God. Trinity church has diversity of language, culture, nationality, denomination, age and experience. Yet, despite the great diversity there is unity in Christ. Unity in diversity is part of the Holy Trinity as God exists eternally as three-in-one. That is why I find it vastly appropriate that our church name identifies us with this particular attribute of God. 2)
We hold a high view of Scripture. Trinity has always existed by design as a Church committed to the expository preaching and teaching of the Bible. We fully recognize the pathway established by the church over the centuries that has gifted us a working model for how diverse people can live together in peace. Our differences do not divide us, they sharpen us. In the essentials unity, in all else charity. The doors to Trinity Church are as wide as the doors to heaven and as narrow as the doors to heaven.
We believe the Bible is the final arbitrator of truth and provides all we need to stay aligned with God’s will. 3) Trinity is committed to sharing the good news of the Gospel, to service of our community and to discipleship. We have a church body that is made up of many pieces, all doing their part. We are better together. We are growing daily in faith.
